How do I pair with my partner?

After signing up, you'll see an "Invite Partner" option. Share the invite link with your partner. Once they sign up through the link, you'll be automatically paired.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > DuoSync, then tap Cancel. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open DuoSync > Settings > scroll to the bottom > Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account, answers, and couple connection.

How do I change the app language?

Go to Settings in the app and select your preferred language (English, French, or German).

How do voice notes work?

Tap the microphone icon next to the answer field. Record your message (up to 60 seconds), preview it, then send. Your partner will hear your voice when they view the reveal.
