How do I pair with my partner?

After signing up, you'll see an "Invite Partner" option. Share the invite link with your partner. Once they sign up through the link, you'll be automatically paired and start receiving daily questions together.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your device Settings, then Apple ID, then Subscriptions, then DuoSync, then tap Cancel. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open DuoSync, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account, answers, voice recordings, and couple connection from our servers.

How do I change the app language?

Go to Settings in the app and select your preferred language. DuoSync is currently available in English, French, and German.

How do voice notes work?

Tap the microphone icon next to the answer field. Record your message (up to 60 seconds), preview it, then send. Your partner will hear your voice when they view the reveal.

My partner hasn't received the invite. What do I do?

Open Settings in the app and tap "Invite Partner" again to generate a fresh link. Share it through any messaging app. If the link still doesn't work, email us at contact@duosync.app with both your email addresses and we'll pair you manually.

I'm not receiving notifications.

Open iOS Settings, find DuoSync in the app list, and make sure Notifications are enabled. Inside the app, check Settings to confirm push notifications are turned on. If both look correct and you still don't receive them, write to us with your device model and iOS version.

I purchased Premium but it's not active.

Open DuoSync, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". This forces a refresh with the App Store. If the issue continues, email us your purchase receipt and we'll fix it on our side.

Will DuoSync come to Android?

Android is on the roadmap. To be notified at launch, email us at contact@duosync.app with "Android" in the subject line.
